Scholarships for Ring Gaeltacht
Kilkenny County Board is delighted to announce that we have two €1,000 grants to attend the Ring Gaeltacht this summer.
- Who? Open to boys and girls aged between 11 and 17 who are registered with their local GAA club
- What? €1000 scholarship to attend Ring Gaeltacht Summer course for two weeks x2
- When? Course D runs for 2 weeks at the end of July.
- Where? Ring Gaeltacht, County Waterford
- How to enter? Write or voice record a short match report about a GAA game you have seen. The report must be at least 50 words and fully in Irish. Send your entry by email to irishculturalofficer.kilkenny@gaa.ie by midnight Sunday 22nd March. Winners will be chosen at random from successful applicants on Monday 23rd March.
One boy and one girl will win a €1000 scholarship towards the cost of this two week Gaeltacht course. As the entire cost is €1200, the remaining €200 per person is due to be paid ahead of attending the course.
